Greg Schneider

Senior Sales Manager

Greg joined Miraval in March 2018 after nearly 20 years in other hospitality roles. He began his career with Hilton, as an integral part of the sales team in preparation for the opening of the Hilton Austin Convention Center property, as well as sales operations after its launch.
Following his work for Hilton, he served in sales-management capacities for several other companies and properties, including InterContinental Hotels Group Sales, Director of Sales at Lakeway Resort and Spa, and recently with Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa.
Greg studied at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University.

Riley Parker

Sales Manager

Riley has been involved in hospitality and event planning since 2013, beginning while she was attending California State University-Chico—where she served as her sorority’s VP of Programming and Education. Her first industry role was as a spa attendant at the Hyatt Regency Resort Spa and Casino Lake Tahoe in Nevada; she also assisted with the Autodesk University Conference in Las Vegas that year.

After earning her Bachelor of Science in Recreation Administration (with emphasis on special events, tourism, and business marketing), she completed an internship at The Resort at Paws Up in Montana and joined Travaasa Experiential Resorts as Guest Services Concierge in 2014.

Riley moved into sales for Travaasa (now Miraval Austin) in 2016, performing in several roles before becoming Sales Manager in 2018.

Jonathan Meza

Sales Coordinator

Jonathan Meza moved to Austin from his border town of McAllen, TX. His background includes a number of clerical roles across the Hospitality industry, with a passion for mindful customer service. Currently performing as a Sales Coordinator for Miraval Austin, he is involved with qualifying leads and provides all around administrative support to the entire Sales team in Austin.

Lynn Adimari

Sales Coordinator

Lynn joined Miraval as Sales Coordinator in 2018, managing schedules and communications to ensure sales materials and tools are effective. She also works with customers and provides after-sales support as necessary.

Horses are one of Lynn’s passions; she holds a variety of horse-related accreditations and owns Adimari Equine Services, which provides equine education training and teaching. Other key professional experience includes hospitality roles with Wyndham Worldwide and Sea Trail Resort in North Carolina. She also owned Llewellyn Acres, a horse-training facility, from 2005-2015.

Lynn earned a Bachelor of Technology in agribusiness and agricultural business operations from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill.

Virginia Schlitt

Director of Sales and Events

An industry veteran with more than 20 years of hospitality experience, Virginia manages all sales and events operations for Miraval Austin—including the development and implementation of strategies to attract and best serve guests.
She spent a large part of her career overseeing catering operations, executing events of up to 6,000 attendees for properties such as The San Luis Resort, Landry’s Downtown Aquarium in Houston, and several locations of Hilton Worldwide
In 2014, Virginia joined Travaasa Experiential Resorts as Director of Catering and Events, shifting to her new role in January 2018 as Travaasa transitioned to become Miraval Austin.
She studied business finance at Austin Community College and the University of Texas-Arlington, and also founded Devotional Center Service Corporation, a nonprofit educational forum.

Jorah Anderson

Miraval Group Director of Sales

Jorah was a part of the team that launched Travaasa—and she now is playing a key role as the property evolves into Miraval Austin.

Her roots in hospitality run even deeper, however. After earning a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University in travel and tourism management, along with a master’s degree in tourism at Northern Arizona University, she began her career at Tiamo Resorts and has worked in the industry ever since.

An expert in sustainability and ecotourism, Jorah was named an “Industry Leader” in Smart Meetings Magazine’s “100 Women Who Inspire Us” feature, and a “Rising Star” in the publication’s “Smart Women 2017” listing.

As much as she enjoys connecting with human beings, she loves working with animals, too: Jorah’s extensive volunteer experience includes work with the Austin Humane Society.
