Meet Michael

Culinary Specialist Michael is a chef with over 24 years of culinary and hospitality experience, coupled with a master’s degree in nutrition from The University of Georgia and bachelor’s degrees in culinary arts & culinary nutrition from Johnson and Wales University. He is fascinated by the way art and science can be combined into a creation that becomes a part of and influences our physical body. Michael believes that eating clean, healthy food has a positive impact on our lives, feeds our soul, and inherently, connects us all. Creating foods that overlap and balance nourishing soul and body is where he challenges himself in food creation and theory.
