    The sacred strumming of an acoustic guitar will delight your senses in this yoga month featured class. Enjoy a brief invocation to bring body and spirit into harmony while calling in higher energies to aid in the alignment of goals and intentions vis-a-vis the series of Asanas to be explored in class.

    CANDLELIGHT SLOW FLOW YOGA

    As we approach the equinox, the days begin to become shorter. During this practice, we will move in celebration of the change of seasons in a slow-paced practice and candlelight space with the intention for deeper inward reflection.

    YOGA UNDER THE STARS

    Wind down from your eventful day with a gentle yoga and movement class on the yoga deck under the stars, planets, and moon.

    PLAYFUL INTRO TO INVERSIONS

    Sometimes moving into an inversion can be intimidating. Come learn the basics of inversions in this light-hearted approach to understanding and experiencing the techniques.
