    Kelsey Patel is one of Hollywood’s leading wellness experts, and a member of the Well+Good Council, our hand-selected health experts who are leading the national conversation. A multi-faceted entrepreneur who formerly owned and sold three fitness studios, Kelsey is now a much sought-after spiritual empowerment coach, reiki healer, and yoga and meditation teacher. She is known for her authentic and uplifting talks, workshops, inspirational speaking, and her healing podcast , Magik Vibes. Her mission is to “inspire human beings and give them the tools to connect to their own best self and live in a purposeful, fun, and balanced way.” Kelsey ’s classes and self empowerment tools can help you take your intentions and goals to the next level.

    Sydney, Australia-born Dan Churchill is Executive Chef at Charley St, a fast casual healthy restaurant in New York City, as well as a TV food personality, host of the new Epic Table podcast , and the author of three cookbooks including The Healthy Chef. He holds a Masters in Exercise Science (strength & conditioning) and has been tapped to cook for such athletes as Olympian Lindsey Vonn. Dan was named a Forbes 30 Under 30 this year, and has appeared on Good Morning America to the TODAY show popularizing, in his super relatable way, just how fun and easy it is to make healthy, delicious food that makes you feel great.
